Reforce
Energy,
which
Kedco
acquired
last
month,
has
signed
a
co-development
agreement
with
a
private
landowner
which
will
see
a
trio
of
wind
farms
built.
Kedco
will
fund
all
pre-construction
development
costs
in
return
for
a
50%
stake
in
the
future
projects,
and
is
obligated
to
submit
planning
applications
by
the
end
of
the
year.
The
company
is
“currently
considering
similar
opportunities”
across
Ireland,
says
chief
executive
Gerry
Madden.
Founded
five
years
ago
by
Steve
Dalton,
formerly
a
project-finance
specialist
at
RBS
Ulster
Bank,
and
listed
on
London’s
AIM
market,
Kedco
principally
develops
biomass
gasification
and
anaerobic
digestion
plants…
