Located mid-way between Limavady and Coleraine, Dunbeg will consist of 14 Enercon windturbines with a maximum hub height of 80 metres and a blade diameter of 90metres. 

The wind farm is due tobe fully operational by mid 2014.

The £58m ($96.1m) project is part of £600m it is planning toinvest in Northern Ireland, said the developer.

Gaelectric opened its first wind facility in Northern Ireland inMay 2013, and has nine wind farms and 123MW worth of projects there.
