The 160-hectare(400 acres) vacant site will be redeveloped into a manufacturing, assembly,operations and maintenance base.
The site, located15 miles east of Inverness in northern Scotland, has a 1km deep-water quay and is ideally placed toservice projects off Scotland’s east coast.
The Port ofArdersier Ltd, previously known as Whiteness Property, is now awaiting thegreen light from the Scottish government and regulators Marine Scotland andTransport Scotland for the offshore elements.
