Coming to Barcelona is alwaysfun, but — along with many others — I was worried that the show could end upbeing very downbeat, given the disastrous policy turnaround in Spain overthe past couple of years and the difficulties the nation’s world-beating windindustry has faced.
Since then, however, I haveslowly come round to the idea that it would be hard to find a better place tohost EWEA 2014.
