Under the agreement, Gamesa will provide O&M services, as well as handling commercial and administrative management for the project in Cuenca.
The transaction falls under the scope of Gamesa's 2014 disposal plan, which calls for select asset sales that contribute to cash flow and debt reduction targets.
"This agreement marks one of the first wind farms developed in Spain to be sold in the wake of the new energy reforms," Gamesa said.
