The deal is for an up-to 45-turbine windfarm in the Aremark municipality of Norway, whichis currently in the permitting process and is being developed by Oslo-basedHavgul Clean Energy.

Construction at the site cannotbegin until 2014 at the earliest, says Arise.

If the deal is finalised, it wouldbe the Swedish group’s first major wind project in Norway.

Arise wants to build 1GW of onshore wind by 2017, half of whichit would retain under ownership.
