The 10-year deal is with NIBC EuropeanInfrastructure Fund (NEIF), and covers 19 Vestas V80 2.0MW turbines atthe trio of projects.
Availonwill carry out planned maintenance of the turbines twice a year, as well asunscheduled work when required.
Availon,which was formed in 2007, maintains more than 1.7GW worldwide.
Thecompany says full-service contracts are becoming increasingly common tosafeguard the operation of ageing turbine fleets.
