“AEE has presented a contentious-administrative case against Order IET/221/2013 of 14 February, which establishes rules of access, tariffs and premiums for the special regime which governs renewables,” the Association says.
AEE considers that the order “is not within the terms of the law, and is gravely damaging for the interests with the Association represents,” it says.
Order IET/221 applies the terms of Royal Decree-Law 2/2013, which foresees a package of “urgent measures” for the Spanish power system.
