The two developershope to build the 14-turbine project at Leadhills, says environmentalconsultancy Atmos Consulting, which handled the application on their behalf.
The projectsite is within the 50km buffer zone of the Eskdalemuir seismic monitoring station,run by the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) and used to detect events such as nucleartests around the world.
Winddevelopment is heavily restricted inside the buffer zone, and the MoD hasobjected to new projects since 2009.
