The Pile Soil Analysis (Pisa) project, being run under the UK government-supported Carbon Trust’s Offshore Wind Accelerator scheme, will involve the University of Oxford, Imperial College London and University College Dublin, along with developers RWE, Statoil, Statkraft, SSE, ScottishPower and Vattenfall.
