The development – which now changes itsname to Princess Alexia Wind Farm from its previous moniker of Zuidlob – uses 36REpower turbines.

Vattenfall said the SKr1.4bn ($214m)project was completed in only 17 months, even though plans for a wind farm inthe area date back as far as 1998.

Princess Alexia will supply 88,000 homesin the central Netherlands.
