Denmark’s Arbitration Court did not accept that Eldrup breached his contract of employment by paying high wages to key members of staff at the company’s wind power division, news agency Ritzaus Bureau reported today.
Eldrup was fired as chief executive of Dong in March 2012 amid claims that he neglected his obligations as chief executive by paying four key members of staff at the group’s wind power division very high wages, as well as offering other unusual conditions of employment.
