The ministers urge the 28-nation blocto act on three urgent priorities: agreement on EU 2030 energy and climatepolicy framework; structured reforms to the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS); andpositioning the EU to put an ambitious emissions cut pledge on the table at aglobal climate summit next autumn.
