The German-owned group sold 49% stakes in the Lindhurst (9MW) and Middlemoor (54MW) plants, both in England.
RWE Innogy will retain a majority stake and operate the plants.
The deal means Greencoat will have investments in 10 UK wind farms with a net 184MW capacity, including a share in the 72MW Braes of Doune project in Scotland.
It already held a stake in two RWE projects, including the Rhyl Flats offshore wind farm.
