Greencoat said the proceeds of the capital raisewill be used to refinance the company’s bank facility.
That facility was drawn on when Greencoat bought 49%stakes in two English wind farms from RWE in a £70.6m deal.
The investment group’s net wind portfolio stands at184MW.
Greencoat UK Wind floated on the London stockexchange in March this year, raising £260m.
