SWT holds a 70% stake in the project, with Juwi holding the remaining 30%. The two companies estimate development costs for the project at €6m, and aim to receive a construction permit by 2016.

Investment costs are estimated at roughly €350m ($475.8m). A Juwi spokesman told Recharge it hasn’t been decided yet whether Juwi will have the same participation in the actual construction costsas it has in the development of the project.
