The Danish manufacturer secured the deal from Tefirom Group, Bakras’owner.

The extra seven turbines will add to the plant’s five V90 3MW machines, in place since 2010.

They are scheduled for delivery in the first quarter of 2014, withcommissioning the following quarter.

The deal includes a five-year service agreement.

Vestas has supplied all Tefirom’s capacity, which will reach 65MW afterthe new turbines are added.
