Nordexwill deliver nine of its N117/3000 turbines of the generation delta platformthat has been developedfor moderate wind locations, and erect the wind park near the city of Sodankyläin the Lapland region.
Due tothe cold climate there, Nordex will equip the turbines with an anti-icingsystem that the company has already tested successfully in Sweden.
“Finlandoffers our clients attractive possibilities to enter into the production ofgreen electricity,” says Nordex board member Lars Bondo Krogsgaard.
