E.ON’s renewables unit increased its sales by 26% to €2.44bn, while EBITDA increased by 21% to around €1.46bn because of the increase in capacity. The company says it plans to invest €7bn in renewables over the next five years, with €2bn going to offshore wind farms in Europe.
