Dogger Bank delay: world's largest offshore wind project hit by 'weather and supply chain issues'

The first phase of the Dogger Bank offshore wind farm in the UK North Sea – set to be the world’s largest in operation on completion – may now not be fully operational until next year, warned utility SSE.
