Belgian energy minister tells Vestas to 'stop complaining all the time'

Belgium’s energy minister gave a sharp rebuke to Vestas at the WindEurope summit in Bilbao, telling the Danish turbine-making giant to stop constantly complaining about the perceived slow progress of wind policy.

Tinne Van der Straeten was responding to a video played by Vestas in a session on the final day of the WindEurope 2024 conference, which has seen thousands of delegates flock to Spain’s Basque Country to hear from politicians and industry leaders.
