Suzlon – which owns the German turbine manufacturer Senvion – said turbine orders in its January -March spanned countries including Germany, the UK, Belgium and India itself.
The group did not give details of the division of the orders between its turbine brands in the period, the fourth quarter of its 2013/14 financial year.
Finance chief Kirti Vagadia said the orders showed the “rapid globalisation” of Suzlon’s business.
