PetroEnergy told the Philippines Stock Exchange that theproposed wind farm had been accepted by the nation’s Department of Energy (DOE)as commercially viable under the terms of its feed-in tariff (FIT) scheme.
The wind farm is being developed by PetroGreen EnergyCorporation (PGEC), a subsidiary of the energy group.
PGEC president Milagros Reyes said the company aims tocomplete the wind farm next year. No details are given of turbine or othersuppliers to the project.
