The Wall Street giant has now invested about $250m in ReNew since 2011.
ReNew, a wind farm developerand operator based in Gurgaon,currently has 200MW of installed capacity. It is targeting 1GW by 2015.
Last month, Goldman Sachs announced plans to invest up to ¥300bn($2.9bn) in Japanese solar, wind and other renewable energy projects over thenext five years.
