Ming Yang subsidiary Guangdong Mingyang will work with CNHC, a unit of CNNC, to develop the projects in Henan province, said a statement.
The two partners plan to form a joint venture company to handle the projects, of which CNNC is expected to own the majority and Ming Yang about 25%.
The statement hints at wider co-operation in China, including working together on solar projects, but gives no further details.
