Longyuan – China’s biggest wind owner with more than 10.6GW in operation – generated 1.74TWh of power last month, a 53% increase on September 2012.
Despite adding little capacity over the past year – just 117MW in the first half – Longyuan has focused on boosting output from its plants and has also felt the benefits of easing grid-curtailment problems in China.
