It expects to deliver the rest of the order by the end of this year. The turbine is the first Chinese model to be installed in Romania, Beijing-based Goldwind said in an online statement.
It did not reveal the financial terms of the deal.
The project, located in the Black Sea port of Constanta, is scheduled to go on line next June.
