Nordsee Ost inter-array cabling done

Cabling work at Nordsee Ost
Inter-array cabling work is finished at the Nordsee Ost wind farm in the German North Sea, said developer RWE Innogy.

The utility said the 60km of cabling work, carried out by Dutch contractor VSMC, was finished two weeks ahead of schedule at the 295MW project site.

The wind farm will use 48 Senvion 6MW turbines and is due to be operating by spring next year.
