the

considered

affront

company’s

not
some
wacky
by-regulation
that
gathers
dust
on
the
company
rulebook,
either.
Staff
must
not
look
the
other
way
when
they
witness
such
behaviour,
but
must
tackle
it
head
on.
Anyone
challenged
over
this
or
any
similar
rule
knows
that
they
must
not
be
defensive,
but
must
express
gratitude
and
make
sure
they
do
better
the
next
time.
