per

a
year
earlier.
For
2012,
the
company
reported
$1.91bn
of
net
income,
or
$4.56
per
share,
compared
with
$1.92bn,
or
$4.59
per
share,
in
2011.
In
the
fourth
quarter,
NextEra
added
a
record
1.2GW
of
wind
to
its
portfolio
in
the
US
and
Canada,
bringing
its
fleet
capacity
to
more
than
10GW.
