The
Supreme
Court
will
review
earlier
decisions
by
two
lower
courts
in
Hainan
province
that
upheld
Sinovel’s
request
to
have
dismissed
on
grounds
of
jurisdiction
a
copyright
infringement
case
brought
against
it
by
AMSC,
according
to
the
latter.
AMSC
brought
the
action
against
Sinovel
and
Dalian
Guotong
Electric
Co,
a
power
converter
manufacturer.
The
US
company
told
investors
today:
“The
Supreme
Court
has
stated
that,
until
the
jurisdiction
opposition
is
reviewed,
the
decision
by
the
Hainan
No.
1
Intermediate
People's
Court
to
dismiss
this
case
has
been
stayed.
