Tractebel
Energia
will
pay
R$22.6m
($11.1m)
for
CLWP’s
seven
project
companies,
which
are
developing
a
206MW
wind
portfolio
in
the
municipalities
of
Umburanas
and
Sento
Sé,
420km
from
the
city
of
Salvador
in
the
state
of
Bahia.
The
deal
is
subject
to
certain
contractual
conditions
and
will
be
carried
out
via
a
Tractebel
Energia
subsidiary.
Tractebel
Energia
will
also
acquire
further
projects
totalling
150MW
being
developed
by
CLWP
in
the
same
region.
That
deal,
worth
a
further
R$16.5m,
is
subject
to
approval
of
environmental
licences,
which
the
company
says
