recommendations

Wind
Cost
Reduction
Task
Force,
which
aims
to
cut
costs
in
the
industry
by
30%
by
2020.
Adam
Bruce,
head
of
corporate
affairs
at
Irish
developer
Mainstream
Renewable
Power,
had
already
been
named
as
chairman.
He
will
be
joined
by
developer
and
turbine-supplier
representatives
including:
Jonathan
Cole,
managing
director
of
ScottishPower
Renewables;
Benj
Sykes,
UK
country
manager
for
Dong
Energy;
Clark
MacFarlane,
head
of
UK
offshore
wind-power
at
Siemens;
and
president
of
Alstom
UK
Steve
Burgin.
