beleaguered
wind-power
supply
chain,
Broadwind
says
an
unnamed
US
turbine
manufacturer
has
placed
an
order
for
$14m
of
towers
for
delivery
next
year.
The
contract
also
includes
an
option
for
up
to
a
further
$27m
of
towers.
The
structures
will
be
made
at
Broadwind’s
factories
in
Wisconsin
and
Texas.
