130-turbine
wind
farm
off
the
coast

the
state.
NSTAR
will
buy
27.5%
of
the
wind
farm’s
output
under
the
terms
of
the
15-year
PPA,
which
was
ratified
by
the
Massachusetts
Department
of
Public
Utilities
(DPU).
Cape
Wind
has
another
deal
in
place
to
sell
half
its
power
to
National
Grid.
The
project
is

only
US
offshore
wind
development
with
all
necessary
federal
permits
in
place,
and
