Alto
Sertão
II
wind
complex,
comprising
15
plants
in
the
cities
of
Caetité,
Guanambim
and
Igaporã,
in
the
southeast
of
Bahia
state.
The
turbine
contract
comes
with
a
10-year
operations
deal.
Renova
has
1GW
of
installed
wind
in
place
and
first
linked
with
GE
in
a
184-turbine
deal
in
2009.
The
result
of
that
agreement
–
the
Alto
Sertão
I
development
–
became
operational
in
July.
GE

built

line
in
Brazil

support

ambitions
in
