at

wind
farm.

near
to
the
Black
Sea
coast.
The
wind
farm
is
being
developed
by
EP
Wind
Project
(Rom)
Six,
an
entity
jointly
owned
by
a
group
of
European
investors.
Spain’s
Iberdrola
Engineering
&
Construction
is
building
the
plant,
and
will
start
to
take
delivery
of
the
Nordex
turbines
in
the
summer
of
next
year.
Operations
are
due
to
begin
at
the
end
of
