Ostwind sells 42MW French wind portfolio to Swiss utility

Ostwind ordered Vestas V90-3MW turbines for deployment at Atrébatie

German developer Ostwind has sold four wind parks at Atrébatie in the French department of Pas-de-Calais to Swiss utility Industrielle Werke Basel (IWB).

The French plants consist of 14 turbines with a total capacity of 42MW.

Construction began in September and the wind farms are slated to be operational in the summer of 2013.

In October Ostwind ordered 12 Vestas’ V90-3MW turbines for deployment at Atrébatie.
