The
German
company
will
acquire
100%
ownership
of
the
Spanish
power
giant’s
subsidiaries
Iberdrola
Renovables
Deutschland,
which
operates
37.4MW
at
four
plants,
and
Windpark
Jülicher
Land,
which
owns
the
rest.
The
deal
means
Mannheim-based
MVV
Energie
will
almost
double
the
generation
capacity
in
its
wind
power
business
to
136MW.
Iberdrola
says
MVV
will
take
on
debts
associated
with
the
wind
farms
in
a
deal
worth
€52.7m
($68m),
with
a
possible
extra
€10.1m
payable
under
certain
conditions.
The
Spanish
group
announced
a
€2bn,
three-year
divestment
plan
in
October,
