awarded
a
single
zone.

consortium
taking

the
process
empty

The
tender
will
result
in
2GW
of
capacity
in
Northern
France
and
see
a
total
investment
of
€7bn
($9.1bn),
the
French
energy
minister
Eric
Besson
says.
