hearing

upheld
an
appeal
against
the
46-turbine,
69MW
project
near
Allendale
East
based
on
its
visual
impact.
It
is
believed
to
be
the
first
time
a
court
in
the
country
has
ruled
against
a
wind
farm
on
such
grounds.
Acciona,
which
also
operates
the
192MW
Waubra
wind
farm
in
Victoria,
is
considering
an
appeal
of
its
own
against
the
decision.
The
decision
came
in
the
week
a
major
inquiry
by
a
committee
of
the
Australian
Senate
found
nothing
to
suggest
that
wind
