arranger
and
provided

and
term
loans.

IPEX

joined
the
transaction
as
a
lender.
Other
financing
details
were
not
released
by
Juwi.

long
standing
relationship
with
DZ
Bank
in
Germany
since
the
late
1990’s
aided
in
the
completion
and
terms
of
this
deal
for
one
of
our
USA
projects,”
says
Juwi
Wind
USA
chief
executive
Michael
Rucker.
Utility
Xcel
Energy
will
purchase
all
power
from
the
project
under
long-term
contract.
