Wu
calls
this
the
“base
frame”
of
Goldwind’s
efforts
to
improve,
and
says
there
are
five
elements
to
its
“go
global”
approach:
internationalising
the
company’s
technology
and
products;
internationalising
its
human
resources;
expanding
into
international
markets;
gaining
access
to
international
capital;
and
adopting
an
international
management
system.
A
key
area
for
Goldwind’s
international
expansion
is
the
US,
where
it
built
the
109.5MW
