The
loans,
330m
zlotys
of
which
will
back
a
new
54MW
wind
farm
located
in
the
north
of
the
country,
are
funded
jointly
by
Polish
financier
PKO
BP
and
the
European
Bank
for
Reconstruction
and
Development.
The
rest
will
go
toward
refinancing
loans
granted
by
other
banks
for
the
development
of
a
50MW
project,
which
began
operating
in
2010.

deal
comes
as
Poland
is
proposing
to
overhaul
its
green
energy
support
system
and

to
cut
support
for
onshore
