Nordex gets 32.5MW turbine deal for German wind farm

Nordex has secured a deal to install 13 of its N100/2500 turbines at a wind project in Germany.

The German manufacturer will supply the machines to the Suckow wind farm in state of Mecklenburg-West Pomerania.

The 32.5MW plant is being built by Loscon Engineering on behalf of developer SüdWestStrom Windpark Suckow, which is co-owned by several German utilities.

Turbine installation will begin later this year with the project scheduled for completion by the end of spring 2013, says Nordex.
