E.ON sells half shares of US wind farms to PensionDanmark

E.ON Climate & Renewables has secured $223.6m of finance for its 203MW Magic Valley Wind Farm in Texas.
The US subsidiary of the German utility giant says the finance comes from a group of investors including JP Morgan and Wells Fargo.
Magic Valley began operations last month at a site in Willacy County.
The wind farm is equipped with Vestas 1.8MW turbines.
