Bard
Offshore

project
at
the
end
of
2012,
but
only
after
years
of
setbacks.

is
in
no
position
to
carry
out
further
development
projects,

it
has
also
lost
the
turbine
contracts
it
had
in
the
Netherlands
to
rival
manufacturer
Siemens.

forced

close
its
Emden
blade
factory
because
of
a
lack
of
orders
after
the
Bard
1
units
had
been
