time
in
London
in
a
bid
to
help
build
the
framework
needed
for
rapid
development
of
offshore
wind
in
Europe’s
northern
seas.
The
group’s
mission
statement
claims
that
the
long-term
potential
of
accessible
offshore
wind
resources
in
Europe
is
greater
than
the
continent’s
current
oil
and
gas
production
combined.
