DNV
KEMA
will
provide
support
across
areas
including
wind
measurement,
environmental
assessment,
project
design
and
transmission
issues.
The
deal
covers
between
20
and
50
proposed
projects
in
Brazil,
Argentina,
Chile,
Mexico,
Peru,
Uruguay
and
Russia.
Sowitec
last
year
secured
a
finance
package
from
German
investors
to
support
the
development
of
up
to
1GW
of
wind
projects
in
Latin
America.
