bank.
Instead
they
set

detailed
requirements
for
specific
technologies
and
timelines
to
achieve
compliance,

says.
Both
direct-drive
and
geared
turbine
technologies
are
addressed
in
the
18-page
document.
BNDES
did
not
immediately
return
a
request
for
comment,
and
it
is
not
clear
if
the
regulations
are
its
final
version,
or
whether
the
bank
is
open
to
altering
the
